We are seeking experienced Co-Chairs for the 2020 Conference Committee of the 11th Open Education Conference, who will play a major role in planning and delivery of the conference in 2020.
The ALT Assembly is the new overarching committee advising the Board of Trustees and providing greater member representation within ALT’s governance. Registration for the first meeting, hosted at City University of London on 20 February 2019, is open to relevant members, who have already been contacted. In February we are launching two new pathways to accreditation:
Associate CMALT: aimed at early career professionals and those for whom learning technology is a smaller part of their role;
Senior CMALT: aimed at more experienced professionals and those whose role includes management/leadership or research focus.
All Members are welcome to this monthly webinar to help set up the new ALT Assembly.
iLRN invites the submission of papers, posters, workshop proposals and demos to its annual conference. The event's aim is to develop the scientific, technical, and applied potential of immersive learning. This year's theme is "Immersive Learning in Urban Environments".

The 4th Horizons in STEM Higher Education Conference committee invites abstract submissions for oral presentations, workshops and posters that address general pedagogic themes within STEM higher education and also subject specific innovations/pedagogy.
The conference will be held 3rd to 4th July at Kingston University, Kingston upon Thames, UK. Presenters are encouraged to write a paper based on their presentation for publication in New Directions in the Teaching of Physical Sciences.

As editor of the section on 'Learning with Digital Technologies' in the Encyclopedia of Educational Innovation, published by Springer and edited by Michael A. Peters and Richard Heraud, I would like to invite ALT members to submit entries for the encyclopedia.
Please note that contributions should not be written as a research paper. Content should be broadly descriptive of the known information in the area you are covering. Entries will be 3,000 words in length. Please send me details of any proposed topics you would like to work on and distribute this.
