The position is Full Time and Open-ended.
The Learning Technologies team in IT Services are seeking an experienced PHP developer who is looking to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on web development and learning technology projects. This post will assist with developing, maintaining and supporting the team's suite of software, and in particular the award winning Co-Tutor. You will be a team player with deep and recent experience in developing Learning Technology software, and proven skill in developing applications for a Web based environment, e.g. Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP/Perl, CSS, jQuery, and the HTML DOM. You will have proven capability with regard to information architecture, interaction design, web interfaces and design for user experience.
