We are hosting a wine tasting of 4 vegan wines - sparkling rosé, red, white and dessert. They will be accompanied by 5 dishes specially created for the occasion.
Sue Hunt will present the tasting notes of the wine and will make you fall in love with the stories behind every delicious grape juice. She founded Vegan Tipples to find all the best cruelty-free wines over the globe so they can be enjoyed right here, in Edinburgh.
Ruben Iglesias, executive chef - as well as general manager of the restaurant- has designed an original 5 course tasting menu, inspired by the occasion and the wines. He will be cooking every dish and serving it personally to offer all guests a unique and memorable experience.
