We are looking for a Learning Technologist to join the Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) team at Queen Margaret University (QMU).
Empowered with learning technology autonomy, the successful applicant will contribute to direction and use of learning technologies at QMU, with a focus on collaborating in the design and development of online programmes.
Reporting to the Learning Technologies Manager, you will join a growing and innovative TEL team, working directly with students and staff at a time of change, as we work towards creating new online programmes and adopting a new Virtual Learning Environment for the 2023/24 academic year.
You will be passionate about the use of learning technologies in higher education and have experience in working with colleagues to advise, support and develop learning and teaching in blended and online environments.
As a team we are dedicated to improving the student and staff experience through the use of our digital education platforms. You will be a team player, with excellent planning, time management and organisation skills. Enthusiastic for learning technology and the willingness to embrace change you will have the ability to provide support and guidance on a range of applications and practices.
