Take the opportunity to enhance your knowledge and creation technique for scenario-based learning, by joining our webinar on 20th September. This webinar will assist your learning in what tools and resources are readily available for you to formulate your own virtual scenario. We’ll give you expert knowledge on the WAVES tool-kits with our very own WAVES gurus, discussing the two strands of toolkits: the knowledge tool-kit, developed to help educators and educator designers, author virtual scenarios, and technical tool-kit for learning technologist who wish to learn about implementing the software and learning environments together.
The webinar will be an opportunity for you to ask further questions and also shape the future of the toolkit, by suggesting other resources you feel may be required to create and implement a virtual scenario.
Sign up early as there are limited places for the webinar: https://go.alt.ac.uk/2ZsRAYV

The International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI) is updating its previously validated and published Instructor Competencies (2004). Last year, we began our initial validation study; we now are seeking additional responses. If you have instructor responsibilities and/or manage other staff with such responsibilities, we would be grateful for your participation, which should take approximately 30 minutes. Those who complete the survey before the deadline of September 30, 2019 can enter a drawing for a chance to win one of 10 complete sets of the IBSTPI competencies and performance statements.
